Shed House

Group Members: Ryan Small, James Urlini

Architecture
In response to the suburban emphasis on street frontage and private open space, the Shed House assumes a position in the corner of the property.

Within the Shed House, proportioned and movable “living pods” mediate the assumed solidness of the external walls.

Giving way to large areas of unconditioned space, the House pairs adaptable and extendable living spaces with a reinstatement of local biodiversity.
